Business Operations Manager

Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Reports to: Vice President for Adult and Graduate Studies

Job Status: Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Operations Manager supports the Adult and Graduate Studies division’s business operations processes.

OFFICE HOURS:

Monday- Friday: 8:00-5:00, some evenings and weekends required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct Projections and reporting for online and graduate enrollment.
  • Conduct Projections and reporting for AGS revenue and expense budgets.
  • Maintain AGS employee directory and Staffing Data.
  • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop and present quarterly reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Create requisitions and PO’s for AGS expenses
  • Monitor AGS budgets closely and provide insights to leadership.
  • Create Budget Planning, Monitoring and reporting including queries.
  • Approve staff credit card expense reports.
  • Pay other bills, invoices and expenses.
  • Assist in data and reporting for strategic decision making.
  • Conduct revenue projections utilizing verified data to build reports.
  • Develop and present Quarterly Reports and Presentations for stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Banner and Slate preferred
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Proficiency conducting data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience managing operational revenue and expense budgets.
  • Experience managing higher education enrollment preferred.
