REPORTS TO: Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness
JOB TITLE: Part Time - Institutional Research Data Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Institutional Research Data Analyst is a temporary, part-time, hourly position that works as part of a small team to compile and analyze data for the University's programs of institutional research, institutional effectiveness, and external reporting. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, this position collects data, analyzes trends, and develops data visualizations. The position also assists with fulfilling external reporting requirements, responding to ad hoc data requests, and performing various quantitative analyses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred; experience in institutional research preferred, preferably at a private university. At least one year of SAS programming experience strongly preferred (SAS Programming certification preferred). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
